Contact each other. We have already sent the buyer and the seller an email message containing the other party's contact information. Our User Agreement requires that you contact each other within five (5) calendar days to make payment and shipping arrangements.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The Seller should tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The Buyer must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the Buyer (or the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer (FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer(s).

If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

Description: This 760 Game master is in good working condition. There are normal handling marks to be found on the gun. One 10 round mag is included.

I WILL SHIP TO CA. If you live in California please make sure that this firearm is legal to transfer to your state. If you win and you are not able to receive this firearm appropriate feedback will be left on your account.

Shipping to AK or HI for a long gun will run $15 extra.

Due to abuse of the “3 Day Inspection” period all returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be reimbursed. Make sure you know what you are bidding on prior to bidding. If I have grossly misrepresented the item I will reimburse the full sale amount.

I will send shipping and payment instructions the morning following the end of the auction.

PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN THE FORM OF A POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY payable to Lakes Trading Co. I do not accept Credit Card or Pay Pal. If you choose to use a any other payment method do not be disappointed or yell at me when shipment is held at least 5 days for the check to clear. I ship on Wednesday and Friday following receipt of payment and FFL info.

This item is for sale in my gun shop. If an interested party wishes to buy this off of the rack and no bid has been placed which meets reserve I will end the auction. As soon as the reserve is met I will pull the gun from the rack and let the auction run its course.
