Description for Item # 333278175

This Winchester Model 61 is serial number 381. It was manufactured in June 1932, the fourth month of initial production. This rifle remains in better than 90% original condition with respect to wood and metal. It has three special order sights. The tang sight is a Lyman #1 peep sight, the rear sight is a Marbles flat filler sight , and the front sight is a Watson hooded sight. The bore is in excellent condition and the action functions flawlessly like a classic Winchester should. This rifle would make an outstanding addition to any Winchester collection. Shipping and insurance to Alaska, California, or Hawaii will be somewhat more than stated.
