Dave's Guns is an independent retail Gun Shop, family owned and licensed since 1987. We are located along the Spokane River in Eastern Washington State, just outside the City of Spokane. We sell quality new, used and consignment firearms as well as ammunition & accessories.
Dave, at 62, has decide to fully retire. Dave's daughter, Mary, has handled the day to day operations of the business for some time. However, changing needs require that she focus on her growing family. Together we made the decision to sell the business.
Dave's Guns has produced over $3 Million in revenue over the last 5 years. This is due to Dave's Guns being a national registered trademark and includes the website www.DavesGuns.com which has a proven track record of sales both local and through on line auctions. Dave's Guns currently has substantial inventory, along with computerized inventory control and BATF approved software for acquisition/disposition record keeping.
For the past 14 years, Dave's Guns has occupied the old Nine Mile Falls Post Office with 925 square feet of space including the retail showroom, office, receiving area and employee rest room.
This space, when initially leased, needed complete renovation including HVAC and electrical wiring. BATF recommendations were followed with respect to security barriers, security systems and "Safe Room" set up. We have continued to maintain and improve the premises over the past 14 years.
The store front, which is on a 21 year transferable lease, includes display cases and cabinetry, a multi-line phone system, multi-camera digital surveillance system, firearm repair station with bore sighting/sighting tools and general office equipment.
