The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

General Information:
All items won have a three (3) day inspection period from the time you receive the item.
Please call (888) 478-0080 immediately if there is any problem with an auction you have won.
Insurance is required for all firearms.
Buyers are responsible for knowing their local gun laws.
All used firearms are sold “AS IS”.
If you have any questions please call or email before bidding.
Local pick-up is available for all items, must be during business hours.
Must be a Tennessee resident to pick-up firearms.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
We gladly accept all Curio and Relic licenses as long as the firearm in question is ATF classified as a Curio & Relic. Please do not ask to use a Curio,
and Relic on a non classified firearm, we will NOT accept them. Thank you for your consideration and understanding in this matter.
Payment:
Payment is due seven (7) days from the end of the auction.
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks and major credit cards.
Payments made by personal checks will be held for seven (7) days after deposit to clear our bank.
There will be an additional 3% charge on the total purchase for credit cards.
PayPal can not be used for the purchase of firearms, per PayPal.
Tennessee residents must pay sales tax of 9.75%.
Shipping:
Shipping of a firearm must be to a FFL license holder.
Buyer must mail or fax a SIGNED copy of the FFL the firearm is to be shipped to.
Please include your name and auction item number with the FFL.
Shipping is higher to AK and HI, please call or email for exact shipping cost.
Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
Firearms ship within three (3) business days of receiving BOTH payment and FFL.
Long Guns: UPS Ground. Cost varies for each firearm, shipping is insured.
Pistols: UPS Ground. Cost varies for each firearm, shipping is insured.
Reloading Brass: US Postal Service Priority. Cost varies by size/weight and destination.
Ammunition: UPS Ground. Cost varies by size/weight and destination.
Knives: US Postal Service Priority. Cost varies by size/weight and destination.
