The rifle had a cracked and repaired stock. There was no mention of this in the description and it was not evident to me in the pictures. A refund was denied as the gun was sold AS IS/NO REFUND.
Response: (left on 4/10/2013) There is 50 plus photos and not one of them showing cracks in the stock, please look at all of them.

Buyers BEWARE..PAWN SHOP, Will not correct any problems. Gunbrokers suggested file a FRAUD REPORT. No response to Better Business Bureau. Their "ostentation" of Firearms is "Imbecilic", "Unethical".
Response: (left on 4/4/2013) "AS IS- no returns or exchange" did you not read or understand it? We have 2300+ positive feed backs,we obviously take care of our customers, except the ones who demand %100 refund & keep the gun!!
