F Listed as "New Old Stock" but barrel arrived USED with scracthes, dings, RUST! Seller claimed it was listed as NEW erroneously but refused refund. Seller stopped replying to e-mails.
  Response: (left on 4/8/2010) I have not stopped replying to emails. I sold the barrels for a 3rd party individual and had to get their input.
