Customer bought part as is says I sold him a broken part it was not broken when I photographed it and shipped it told him if it is a defect to contact the MFG I am not RCM is he refused to

Seller did not disclose in text that item was warped beyond use. Said I should have seen warpage in photos, but it was concealed by photographic distortion. Would not refund DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER
Response: (left on 4/5/2013) The photos accurately described the item, buyer didn't bother to check the photos and ADMITTED TO ME that the pictures showed the defects. Item was COMPLETELY SERVICEABLE, as described, & as pictured
