Where there was a lack of experience or general knowlege who knows. However I don't recommend doing business with this one.
Response: (left on 2/28/2013) seller did not disclose his rifle was a repro until after my bid. then wanted me to pay his auction fees to be let off the hook. I refuse to be manipulated because of his ignorance.avoid this idiot
