F Item not received, appears due to poor shipping effort. Seller had tracking number but never forwarded until issue was pressed. Not offered refund or any offer to resolve problem. Basically, to bad.
  Response: (left on 3/3/2013) tracking number was forwarded to you when I printed the postage,you didn't pay for insurance. U.S.P.S. lost the package 35 miles from your house. You didn't request a refund.

  Response: (left on 3/3/2013) tracking number was automaticcaly emailed to you when I printed postage. The package got to within 35 miles of you when the U.S.P.S. lost it. You didn't pay for insurance and you didn't request refund
