some of their policy's aren;t known till after the auction they should be told up front,i had a hard time getting to talk to a live person
Response: (left on 1/3/2013) We handle all communication via email. This leaves a paper trail & helps to prevent mistakes. As such, we make sure we are VERY good at replying to emails QUICKLY. The auction does state to email us.
