Buyer notified me that he has no intention of following through with the transaction. He expressed issues with int'l shipping, even though he has already received 2 of my auctions. VERY DISHONOURABLE
Response: (left on 7/29/2010) CA is CANADA, not California. The UN and the US State Dept (hillary klinton) are now working on a new small arms trafficking reg. google ITAR. I'll take the nonpay hit, seller will get his fee back.
