F seller waited until after the auction was over to inform me he didn't have the item(s) listed, instead of during the 8 days my active bid was on the item. was counting on the item, which is why i bid
  Response: (left on 4/9/2013) Obviously a newcomer - does not know how to use feedback - I DID NOTIFY BUYER PRIOR TO HIS SENDING ANY PAYMENT!
    Follow Up: (left on 4/9/2013) Yes, he did notify me prior to payment, but that was 11 days after my bid on the item. Seller should have notified before that or ended auction. His reply to feedback is making excuses
