Honest mistake led to complete refund. Instead of allowing us to offer him a discount on another firearm, customer posts negative feedback. Response: (left on 4/26/2012) will never use budsgunshop. after receiving wrong weapon was told I had to pay 10% fee for their mistake if I wanted a refund. was then told the fee would be waived after complaining. hope its true
