Deadbeat bidder claimed payment overnighted after BIN then balked stating shipping cost not clear even though it was included with BIN purchase as stated in auction All emails saved & can be forwarded

Follow Up: (left on 2/26/2013) After Several Nasty Emails, I Resold His Order & Immediately Mailed a Full Refund! Then He Threatened Me with Some Cage Training He Had! DEMANDED a tracking number before he paid.
