Did not ship out right away(about 2 weeks) and did not get notified till I emailed them 10 days later but they threw in a few goodies to make it up(mag and 2 stickers).
Response: (left on 5/21/2013) We found out before shipping that the flash hider wasn't pinned. We didn't want make you a felon so we fixed as quick as we could. Item shipped 8 business days after payment.
