The Browning Buck Mark UFX is an eye-candy lineup of 10+1 capacity single-stack .22 LR semi-automatic pistols utilizing Grip FX (UFX) textured rubber overmolded grips. And while this group is unified by its grips, the real standout features are the amazing radically ported barrel sleeves. These are paired to rear top Picatinny rails. Others include a UFX featuring an under barrel Picatinny rail and several sporting unadorned bull barrels.

The overmolding makes these single-action blowback guns standout for their grip especially in wet conditions. The simplest UFX guns have a 5.5” length barrel, 9.5” overall length and imposing 8” sight radius! They mate a stainless-steel or polished black barrel to a matte black aluminum alloy frame. Except where noted, weight is roughly 34 ounces.

Proclaiming the spectrum’s other end are the barrel shrouded models such as the Buck Mark Plus Vision UFX Black, Buck Mark Plus Vision UFX Blue and Buck Mark Plus Vision UFX Red. The black, blue and red are the colors of the respective barrel sleeves. But the trio also vary in the amazing looking lightening ports cut into the Vision barrel sleeves and then radial circular porting in front. The black one has vertical rectilinear cuts. The blue one might be the most eye-catching of all. It has a lattice of hexagonal cuts in the middle. The red one has rectilinear ovoid slots that run lengthwise. These three beauties sport 5 7/8” barrels, 9 9/10” overall lengths have 8 1/4” sight radii and weigh only 27 ounces!

These three include an integrated Picatinny rail for optics in back. This pairs with a front fiber-optic that puts your eyes on the target with ease even in low light. While these don’t come with red-dot optics, they feature a fully adjustable white outline Pro-Target rear sight you can adjust for windage and elevation!

The Buck Mark Plus Camper UFX Suppressor Ready is similar, but all black and with no lightening ports on the barrel sleeve and no radial porting. That said, it has a threaded barrel and a thread protector. The barrel is 6" long, overall length is 10" and the sight radius is 8". Total weight is 36 ounces.

The Buck Mark Plus Lite Flute UFX Suppressor Ready is black and beautiful except several ogival long cuts that reveal a stainless-steel foundation.

The UFX grips come in either black or gray. They have a trio of subtle finger detents. The grip position is high and nicely done with a deep undercut behind the trigger guard. The grip holds a 10-round magazine.

The Buck Mark Lite UFX has a six-slot Picatinny rail under the barrel. Others dispense with the Picatinny rail, have simpler sights, etc.
