Seekins Precision Havak Pro bolt-action rifle is an upscale high-precision, accurate rifle built around a spiral fluted barrel, spiral fluted bolt-action, lightweight charcoal gray carbon fiber stock and more.

The Havak Pro bolt-action spans nine calibers. Four have a short-action and a 24” long barrel. They are 6 mm Creedmore with a 1:8” twist, 6.5 mm Creedmore (1:8”), 6.5 PRC (1.8”) and .308 Win (1:11.25”). Except the 6.5 PRC, all feature a detachable 5-round Magpul PMAG magazine. The 6.5 has a detachable 3-round carbon fiber magazine. These four each weigh about 6.9 pounds.

The long action models have a 26” barrel and a detachable 3-round carbon fiber magazine. These calibers are 28 Nosler (with a 1:8.6” twist), 300 Win Mag (1:10”), 300 PRC (1:10”), 338 Win Mag (1:10”) and 7 mm Rem Mag (1:8.5”). Each weighs 7.2 pounds.

Naturally, all models share commonalities. The bead-blasted action is hand-bedded into the stock. Their barrels are made of 416 stainless steel and fronted by a 5/8”x24 TPI thread. They feature an integrated recoil lug, M16-style extractor, four resilient locking lugs and a removable bolt head. On top is a 20 MOA Picatinny rail with five 8-32 screws.

The magazines are sized for 3.14” cartridges in the short action guns and 3.94” in the long ones using Seekins carbon fiber magazines.

The bolt has a 90-degree throw, and the bolt knob is spiral knurled to echo the barrel’s and bolt’s spiraling. The forend has diamond-hatching recesses, and the grip has a corresponding rectangular recess pattern. The trigger is a Timney Elite Hunter type factory-set to 2.5 pounds of pull pressure.

Seekins was founded in the early 2000s by Doug Seekins. The company’s rifles are made in its 25,000-square-foot facility in Lewiston, Idaho.
