If pages on our web site don't seem to update, the web page says it is expired, or if you click 'Back' on your browser to return to a form and the information on the form has been erased, you must make some changes to your browser cache settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, delete your temporary Internet files and conduct a clean boot of your computer. To delete your temporary Internet files, perform the following steps:

For Netscape 4.x users:
Once you have set the Cache Sizes to the recommended values, click on the Clear Memory Cache button, and also on the Clear Disk Cache button to clear the corrupted cached web pages from your web browser:
