Once you list an Item on GunBroker.com and receive a winning bid, you cannot withdraw the item from sale. A "winning bid" is a bid that is above the reserve price, or any bid on a non-reserve auction.
- If the item has not been bid on or if the Reserve Price has not been met, you can use our End an Auction Early function located in Tools For Sellers to end your auction listing before its scheduled completion date. If the item currently has a winning bid, you must consider it to be sold and must use the 2nd option.
- You can direct any interested parties to the auction listing on GunBroker.com and suggest that they bid on the item.
Please always keep in mind that if the item is won here, it must be sold to the winning bidder. Although it is a harsh remedy, we terminate the accounts of seller who fail to complete transactions.
GunBroker.com has developed a set of Hang Tags to to help identify items in your store that are also for sale on GunBroker.com.
These hang tags can be purchased from The GunBroker.com Dealer Store. You can also print your own by downloading this printable template. Simply hang the ID tags on items you have listed on GunBroker.com. When someone wants to purchase the item in your store, the tag will alert your staff to check GunBroker.com to be sure the item does not currently have a winning bid or was already sold online. You can also direct in-store customers to bid online and increase your selling price.
