If you are getting a message on your WebTV that you 'cannot establish a secure connection' in parts of our site, this is a recent WebTV problem. You may get this error message when trying to update your credit card information, make a payment on your account, or view your statement online.
If you need to make changes or a payment on your account, contact Customer Support from our Help Center and provide them with the necessary credit information.
A recent WebTV upgrade has caused problems with many sites that use a particular site certificate. Our site is those sites that experience such a problem.
Until WebTV fixes this problem with a new upgrade, WebTV users will not be able to visit secure sites.
