You need to enter the information for the credit card as shown on your credit card statement. The mailing address and name on the credit card statement may be different from your current home address. You also need to make sure you are entering the expiring date and CVV code correctly.
If your credit card is being rejected when you try to 'Place a Credit Card on File' to enable your account to be able to sell on our site, then you should call your credit card company and explain to them the problem. Verify with your credit card company that the information you provided to us is the correct information for validating your credit card online. In some cases the CVV code they have on file may be different than what is printed on your credit card and they can fix the problem.
