The following is a list of email address we are unable to send mail to. If your email address is on this list we cannot send you your registration code, bid notifications, or other email. We also are unable to contact you if you have made a request for technical support.

It can take up to five days for your name to appear on the list, depending on the mail problems encountered.

AOL Users: if the error says 'username IS NOT ACCEPTING MAIL FROM THIS SENDER', then you have set AOL Mail Controls and AOL is blocking our messages to you. From information on how to fix this, please click here.

Fixing These Problems

If your email address has changed, please use Edit Account Information in For Buyers or For Sellers to update your account. If your email address appears to be valid, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). You should let them know you are unable to receive email from the mail server 'mail.GunBroker.com'. When the issue is resolved, please contact us at support@GunBroker.com.

This list goes back about 30 days. There are many more email addresses that are not listed. If you have not received email from us, we probably cannot reach you.
