Cody Firearms Museum: Col. Jeff Cooper's Colt MK IV Series 80
Ashley Hlebinsky, the Robert W. Woodruff Curator at the Cody Firearms Museum, highlights the recent refinements display--a collection of firearms that represents modern day design through improvements and refinements dating from the late 1890s up to today. Included in this display is a Colt 1911 MK IV Series 80 Government Model customized by D&L Sports and presented to Col. Jeff Cooper. The Cody Firearms Museum, including its research library, is one of five major museums at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, Wyoming.

Give the Gift of Safety
Safe storage is the number one way to help reduce firearms accidents, but not every gun owner has access to proper storage. Every day, NSSF receives requests for thousands of locks from law enforcement agencies across the country, but even with our ongoing commitment to Project ChildSafe, we can only fulfill 30 percent of those requests with available funding. We need YOUR help to provide more communities with free firearm safety kits. Your donations will help us fulfill these requests and promote firearms safety education nationwide.
