Should you receive a product that is not as described, please know that our customer service team will work with you to determine the best solution to fit your needs. Firearms purchases will be accepted for return if the customer has not taken possession of the firearm. Be sure to thoroughly inspect the received firearm(s) prior to completing a 4473 (NICS Check) at the receiving dealer.
We understand that customers have technical questions regarding a particular product. Our listings identify a manufacturer/SKU number that is specific to that product. In our experience, the manufacturer’s website is a good source of accurate information regarding their product. It is encouraged that you take the manufacturer/SKU number in our listings and consult the respective manufacturer’s website to obtain the most accurate technical information.
PRICING AND DISCOUNTS:
We strive to be as competitive as possible in the online market with everything we sell. In order to achieve this goal, we typically work with minimal profit margins on all of our items. The opening bid price is always our best one, and is offered to all our customers. For this reason we do not offer any further discounts for multiple orders, Law Enforcement or Military.
RESIDENTS OF CA, CO, CT, D.C., HI, MD, MA, NJ & NY:
Your local dealer or law enforcement office will have access to the most accurate information on approved firearms and magazine capacities for your state. If a firearm is returned due to non-compliance or because the customer cannot pass a background check, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.
We offer a 90 day layaway program on firearms and optics purchases. If you intend to layaway your purchase, you must contact us via phone or email immediately after you have won the auction. An initial deposit of at least 20% is required.
All new firearms sold by our store are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you have received an item that you feel is defective it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer first to see if the issue can be resolved. If you do not wish to do this, you may also return it to us for a refund or exchange. You will, however, be required to pay shipping costs and any associated transfer fees with your receiving dealer.
Customers ordering multiple items can request combined/discounted shipping. This request can be met if the items are eligible for combined shipping and compliant with DOT/carrier regulations.
All items will ship via UPS or USPS. Please understand that any delivery information provided by our representatives is only an estimate, not a guarantee. All inquiries regarding delayed delivery times must be addressed with the carrier. Shipping refunds will only be provided for delayed shipping that is the sole responsibility of ECAA.

Quantity of 2 - $45 to any location
Quantity of 3+ - $5 for each additional
CHOOSING/CONTACTING YOUR FFL DEALER:
It is the customer's responsibility to contact their FFL dealer to facilitate the transfer. If the dealer requires contact from us first, please let us know and we can ensure that all requests are met.
We will need a faxed or emailed copy of the dealer's FFL that you have chosen for your transfer before we can process and ship your order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:
If you have won one of our auctions and no longer wish to complete the transaction, you will be required to pay 3% of the sale price of this item. When this fee is paid positive feedback will be left on your Gunbroker account.
