3,000 Pieces of 9mm Fully Processed Military Headstamp brass, 99% + WCC (Winchester military contract) headstamps.

Why We Make A Great Product
We start by removing any debris, blanks, and damaged or stained cases first. Then we clean the remaining cases to remove any minor stains, grease, mud or tarnish. The clean brass is then fed into a machine called a rollsizer to remove any minor bulge at the base of the case that the full length resizing die is unable to reach. This small bulge can cause chambering problems for you if not properly removed. This is usually caused by being fired in pistols that do not have completely supported chambers, like some Glocks. Not all cases need to be roll sized, but we rollsize each case to guarantee that every case you buy will feed flawlessly. This small but essential extra step brings the brass back to original factory new specifications so the brass we sell you will function and chamber flawlessly in any 9mm Luger chambered gun.

The brass then goes to a processing machine where it is deprimed, full length resized to 9mm Luger SAMMI specifications and the military primer pocket crimp is removed by swaging (never reaming). We do not bell the case mouths because different customers want either heaver or lighter belling on the case mouth and most customers prefer to do this step themselves when priming. The case is then polished to remove any grease or minor tool marks so you receive high quality brass that primes like the finest commercial brass and functions perfectly in your gun. All you have to do is prime, bell, drop powder and seat the bullet.

Quality Control
All cases are randomly checked by the machine operator with headspace, and primer pocket gauges as the finished cases come off the machine. This ensure exacting tolerances are maintained so you receive the finest brass we can produce. The last step we do is to pull finished random cases off the processing machines and prime, load and test fire them in our test guns. Again to insure they will perform as promised. This should give you complete confidence that the brass you receive will function flawlessly in your gun.
