Wow. This is a super-fancy, Belgian flintlock shotgun with wonderful artwork in excellent condition. Magnificent relief carving on the butt stock with additional incise details around the lock and on the fore arm. Beautiful inlays, including silver pins in the wrist and fore arm. Great locks, 35.5" barrels, nickel or German silver finish throughout. Fabulous wood stock with a rich, dark original finish. Engraved locks, barrels, tang, incredible chiseled trigger guard, butt-plate return, barrel-key escutcheons, entry thimble. Detailed relief face with eyes under the butt stock, "MADE IN BELGIUM" on one barrel, sling swivels. Obviously, this is an auction; please don't ask for my reserve, but there is a buy-it-now. Thanks! Shipping and insurance to the lower 48 is included in the sale price, but you'll have to return my hard case at your cost (about $35). Alternatively, you can ship me your hard case first and I will use it to ship the gun. My descriptions are accurate and I include many detailed photos. Feel free to ask for additional info/photos. I can send you photos with better resolution by email so you can really see the features. Finally, please see my positive feedback here and on ebay under the same username where I've sold other antiques, including cars. Checks must clear before I ship. Please keep in mind that since this is an antique muzzleloader, you do NOT need an FFL for me to ship it to you. PLEASE NOTE: I do not recommend firing the antique guns that I sell. If you decide to do so, you do it at your own risk! This includes working the actions (locks, hammers, triggers, etc.) Old guns (pre-1899) have old parts, including old springs and other internals (we are talking about 150+ years old, on average!). These parts can and do break. You are not buying a new gun; this is an antique/collectible and it is catagorized as such on gunbroker for that reason. Thanks, again. John
