This is a Smith & Wesson Model 10-6 .38 Military & Police, .38 Spl revolver. It is a square butt K frame with a 4” pinned heavy barrel. It was mfg in 1967. It has the smooth back strap and fore strap. The front sight is a serrated ramp and the rear is notched. The SW hammer and trigger are case colored. Overall the nickel finish is good. There is one area of pitting on the right side plate in the middle of the SW logo. There is also a light cylinder ring. The grips appear to be the original SW checkered Walnut Magna stocks. The serial number stamped on the inside of the right grip is off by one number. Serial number the revolver is 991708 and the grip is stamped 990708. This mis-stamp is known to have happened at the SW factory. There is no box or paperwork. Must ship to FFL. Shipping is $30.00. I can accept a credit card with no additional fee.
