You will come across other Ballistic Knives for sale and they are always of the same version of eachother, when was the last time you came across this extremely rare version for sale? This is the missing jewel to the Ballistic Knife collection. I am selling this knife for a retired collector friend whom acquired it over 30 years ago. There are no markings/makers marks on it,this type knife is referred to as a Russian KGB Knife/Pilum Knife/Flying Dutchman, the knife is in overall great condition, the blade is 5 inches long the overall length with blade cover on is 11 inches, the spring will be shipped separately, the more common knives you see up for auction are copies (Replicas) of this knife made and or sold by the Florida Knife Company/Spy Shop and Soldier Of Fortune and they look and feel like a toy when compared to this one,the blade cover/flight tube/handle are made of aluminum the rest is all steel, the handle has a factory rubber sleeve over it for a better grip, the screw pictured holds the spring in place, this is the LARGEST of the ballistic knives much larger than the other more common ballistic knives you come across, see the last two pictures for a side by side comparison between this knife and the cheap black version from the Florida Knife Company, this knife is more for the true collector whom knows and appreciates it's true rarity. This will be shipped in two separate boxes. THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE ONE KNIFE ONLY THE LAST TWO PICTURES ARE FOR COMPARISON,(1) KNIFE ONLY IN THIS AUCTION!!
