YOU ARE BIDDING ON ONE BOX OF AMMO, NOT A FULL TIN. Have some USGI .45 acp ammo that was supplied to the Russian Army by the US during WWII. This ammo was repacked by the Russians into sealed tins after the war. The Russians had many 1911's and Thompson’s supplied by the US in their fight against the Nazis. A very small lot of this ammo became available on the surplus market some years ago. I bought a few tins. The ammo is in brown paper boxes with 42 rounds per box. Price is $45.00 per box. This is primarily collector ammo from WWII. Great to disply with a Thompson, 1911, or Grease Gun. However, it can be fired and the ammo I have fired shot fine. The head stamps I have seen so far were "EC" (Evans Chrysler) and "WC" (Winchester) with 1940's dates. The dates on the ammo available are 1942 and 1943. No sales where prohibited. No California sales. Check your state and local laws before bidding.
