John Jones & Co were respected gun and pistol producers from 1814 -1835. Their factory at 18 Whittall Street in Birmingham supplied arms for the American and European markets, as well as the home market. They also had two shops in 19th century London for wholesale business. This example is a single shot .60 caliber percussion pistol with an 8 inch brass barrel, repaired walnut grips, brown finish, and brass furniture. Flintlock converted to percussion with stock repairs. London marked barrel. Good Condition.
