A beautiful pair of circa 1840 cap and ball Pistols. They have fluted walnut grips and engraved steel hard ware. Total length is 5 3/4 inches and would be Great boxed together. The thumb part of one hammer is broken. One was working but does not now, we don't have a Old Gun repair shop in the area. Both in beautiful condition with minor issues. I bought these from an estate in Atlanta Ga. and cased would make an expensive set. I have not tinkered with them there is a frizen spring extra in the group.
