Buy and invest in a true piece of history and Americana. Do not waste your money paying more than double its retail costs on MODERN ERA undated and undocumented fancy looking fake robes never worn or used by the Klan but instead made just weeks ago by non-Klan predatory sellers for the sole purpose of taking advantage of new and unknowledgeable collectors. This is the real deal from the clashing turmoil trenches of the civil rights fight - 100% original and authentic early 1960s UKA (United Klans Of America) cotton robe with scarce – Third Degree Unmasked K-TRIO hood. A requirement of this highest level of (discussable) Knighthood is that the face mask is to be ceremonially removed from the hood. In this case the original owner had contracted to have this hood made without the mask – (it had not been removed, cut, etc.). Very early UKA robe as indicated not only by its patch but also by its buttons - snaps were added in the late 60s so finding these original button ups is quite unusual. Has some staining associated with age and use (all items are sold in their acquired condition – however the new owner may choose to launder if desired.) Very Scarce original first run design multi-construction felt chest patch in great non-faded condition. Fantastic and historically significant civil rights opposing 1960s period robe from the most active and well known Klan group of the era. Great condition and scarce. This robe would make an excellent addition to any collection. Please see my other items and email me with any questions. FREE Shipping on all domestic (within the 50 United States) mailings. US Provinces, Military Bases, etc. and International mailings will need to contact me for shipping quote. All shipments are sent with tracking. Payment or payment arrangements are expected within 3 days of purchase.
