Featured in this auction is an older Lames brand over/under 12ga. shotgun that was made in Italy. The blued finish will go 85% + and there no dents in the barrel. Nice wide rib with red fiber bead. Stock has expected light dings and scratches from a gun this age. Pachmayer White Line rubber butt pad. Single selective trigger and one modified and one full choke and lots of engraving. 3" chamber. Has ejectors. NOTE: Locks up tight and this gun appears to be in great mechanical condition with the exception of one firing pin. It was broken and we are having a hard time finding a new one and have decided to get rid of this gun. If you have access or can make a firing pin, you should be able to get a good gun at a low price.

Thank you for viewing our auction!

We are a brick and mortar gunshop that takes pride in our business be it in our shop or here on Gunbroker. Look at our feedback and bid with confidence!! Items listed are for sale in our shop since we do not use reserves as soon as we see there is a bid on an item the item will be removed from the retail rack in our store and reserved for the Gunbroker auction. Sorry, but we accept only Class 1 FFL's. We do not know which guns are eligible for a C&R License transfer and we do not have the time to research them. WE have a Lay-A-Way plan available, just send us an e-mail and we will send you the info.

6% Michigan Sales Tax is only charged to Michigan residents. We accept certified checks, postal money orders, personal checks (Item will be shipped after check clears), and credit cards. MAKE ALL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO: "Gambles Gun Shop" Add 3% for credit cards. To pay by credit card over the phone, phone 989-673-2725.

We ship most long guns via FedEx and most handguns through the US Postal Service. We will determine the best method of shipment. Most purchases are shipped either the day payment and a copy of a FFL are received or the next business day, but rarely, it can take up to 3 business days. Shipping of a firearm must be to a FFL license holder. Buyer must either Mail, Fax or Email us a signed, copy of the FFL, that the firearm is to be shipped to. It is very important to HAVE YOUR DEALER INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ITEM NUMBER ON THE FFL! Most items we sell on Gun Broker that do not require an FFL, such as ammo or black powder guns, will require proof of age which would be a photo copy of your legal ID (drivers lic, etc).

Insured shipping charge is $30.00 per firearm on all of our auctions unless otherwise stated in listing. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will cost more (normally $5.00 to $25.00 more depending on weight and insurance).

Sales to California will be assessed a $20.00 additional fee for the time in handling the paperwork required to ship to your state. Before bidding make sure the item can be shipped to CA. Many items we sell cannot be shipped to CA.

Items can be picked up directly from us to avoid shipping charges.

Buyers are expected to honor their bids and have the FFL and payment to us within 7 days of the end of the auction.

All firearms are sold as is. We do our best to honestly and completely describe the condition of the firearm and we try to provide photos of every inch of each gun. It is the buyers responsibility to insure used guns are safe to use after shipment has been received through their local gunsmith.

Factory new items have the manufacturers warranty.

Know the laws in your area before bidding. There will be a 15% restocking fee for guns returned because you can not have them in your area.

We try to put realistic starting prices on our auctions so please do not email offers or inquire about trades. Such emails will not be answered.
