Very good condition WWII Japanese Type 14 Nambu pistol in 8mm nambu caliber that has the desirable small triggerguard and all matching numbers but the magazine. This classic gun is marked 9.10 for October 1934 production by the Koishikawa (Kokura) Arsenal. This is a low production month for the arsenal with only about 400 guns made in October. Pistol has clear arsenal markings and Japanese character markings. Action is tight and functions fine, needs extractor. Metal finish is all original factory blue with some normal holster wear. Bore is fine and bright with strong rifling. Wood grips have a tight fit with original finish and look nice, no markings on the inside as is correct for this factory. Original bright magazine is similar great condition and fits and functions fine. Tough to find any WWII Japanese Nambu pistol with the desirable small triggerguard as most went to China during this time period. This scarce early gun will make a nice addition to a collection or display.
