This is a full and proper box of 20 rounds of UMC Carbine Ball Cartridges Reloading 45-70. The box has been opened but a portion of the paper on the back of the box is still attached (sealed) Box has some light soiling/staining and corner/edge wear, but retains most of its label. Should display well. Please include proof of age with payment. Sold AS IS, no returns on ammunition.

We do not ship any high capacity magazines to California or any state that they are illegal to own. We do not ship ammunition to New York State

Buyer to include listed shipping and handling.

  • Terms are a one week, no questions asked returns of your money, less shipping if you should be unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

  • All we require is that the item be returned in the same condition it was sent and that the buyer pays for return shipping.

  • We have not test-fired nor checked headspace on any of these firearms. Please have your local gunsmith check out any firearm you purchase from us or any other used firearm you buy prior to shooting it.

  • Our payment options include all major credit cards through Gunbroker's "Immediate Checkout". Otherwise Money Orders, Bank or Cashiers Checks. We do NOT accept Paypal or personal/business checks nor any other form of payment.

  • Items are normally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. Most of our customers are receiving their purchase within 2 weeks of auctions end.

  • We ship to the United States only. Please read the FAQs below for more info.

    Communitication Questions?

    We are a family run business with limited staff so we do not send out email alerts for payments received or items shipped. Your email will be used in the shipment info so either UPS or USPS should send you a tracking number. If you do not recieve the item within a week and a half of it being marked sold on the Gunbroker website please call or email us. We try to answer all the questions about the items, but don’t be surprised if you email about sending your payment etc and you don’t get a resonse.

    How many rounds have been fired through this gun?

    We're not the original owner and have no idea how many rounds a previous owner fired.

    Does the listing include the box, papers, rings, scope, hard case, etc

    If you don't see it in the photos or we didn't describe it in our text...we don' t have it and it's not part of the auction

    Do you offer a layaway

    We do not offer layaways on our auction items.

    There is no "Buy it now" price for our AUCTIONS. Only a minimum bid.

    Hours of Operation

    We're open Monday to Friday and are closed weekends and most major holidays. Our staff works hard while they're at the shop, but they do not answer emails or phone calls after hours, weekends or holidays.

    Shipping & Handling

    Shipping is flat rate and stated in each listing. We will have to add a little for Alaska & Hawaii. We have been shipping firearms and related items for 15+ years. We ship everyday from our shop, 100s of packages a month. Don't worry we are working as fast as we can to get you your item. Please see our feedback about or packing and shipping.
    We Do happily combine shipping when it's possible and will gladly work with the buyer to help save some money by shipping 2 or more items in one box. If what you won is too big to safely pack in one box, we will ship in the smallest number of boxes possible.
    We do NOT send payment or shipping notifications. We do add your email address to the shipment so you may receive an email from UPS or USPS. We also mark "payment received" etc in the gun broker system, so you should be able to see when your payment arrives etc. If you don’t receive your item within 2 weeks of it being marked “Payment received”. Please call or email.

    Why do I have to include proof of age?

    We do ask for proof of age on antique firearms, ammunition and certain other items. It is the law that you must be a certain age to own these items. Most folks simply photocopy their drivers license. Others prefer to send a short SIGNED statement of age with their payment. Either way, this information is filed away with the item number you won. We don't release this information to anyone for any reason. We're simply covering ourselves.

    I bought an item from you and I'm not happy with it...what do I do?

    Please let us know you're not happy (we don't need or require a reason unless there is something mechanically wrong with the item) and send it back to us in the same condition we shipped it to you. That's not fired, disassembled or parts replaced...same condition as it was shipped to you. Once received in the same condition we shipped it to you, we'll issue you a refund of your PURCHASE PRICE. We do not refund shipping because you don't like the item. Please see exception below.

    EXCEPTION to refund of shipping

    We make mistakes just like everyone else. If you buy something from us and we've made a gross error in the description or we send you the wrong item, I WILL refund your shipping as well as your purchase price. It doesn't happen often, but my policy has always been we won't have a customer out money for our mistake.

    I've won your item, now what?

    We are now accepting all major credit cards through Gunbroker's "Immediate checkout". Please take advantage of that if you like. Otherwise, we accept Certified (Bank) Check or Money orders only. The shipping is stated in the listing. Please forward your payment and all related articles to: DEAC Inc. Our address should be forwarded to you after you win the auction. Any questions feel free to contact us.

    Non Paying Bidders?

    Gunbroker's terms of use state that the buyer loses his/her rights to the auction if payment is not received within 10 days of auctions end. We send NPB REMINDERS at about 6 to 7 days post auction if payment is not in hand. At 10 days we send a NPB ALERT. After day 11, we re-list the item, post appropriate feedback and request our fees back from GB.

    Why won't you contact my local FFL holder?

    If you win a firearm from us, you'll need to go to your local gunshop and ask them to fax, email or snail mail us a LEGIBLE and VALID copy of their FFL. Once we've received that copy AND your payment, we'll ship the firearm ALONG WITH A COPY OF OUR LICENSE for your dealer to log into their FFL bound book. It is your responsibility to contact your local shop.
