HOW A PAPER TUBE CAN MAKE YOU A BETTER SHOTGUNNER

Determining your 'master eye' is the first step in shotgun shooting

Keep in mind, that when shooting a shotgun, your "master eye" serves as the rear sight. But which eye is it? For many, that's not an issue. If you're right-handed, your master or dominant eye is typically also your right eye. The same holds true for lefties. That's not always the case, however. Expert shotgunner Brian Bilinski shows you how to determine your master eye (that's where the paper tube comes in!) and how to correct cross or central dominant vision issues with a piece of Scotch tape.

Check out this informative video and then head out to a trap, skeet or sporting clays range near you.

WARM UP THIS WINTER AT AN INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE

It's cold outside! In many places around the country winter has arrived with a vengeance, which means getting outdoors can be tough. When the temperature is 20 degrees outside with a wind chill that is unbearable, a visit to an indoor shooting range might be just the right incentive to pull you and your family away from the television or computer.

You can teach family and friends to shoot, or you can sign them up for a class. What better way to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon than enjoying quality time together doing an activity you also enjoy?
