The American Tactical (ATI) Bull-Dog is a New for 2020 12-gauge semi-automatic bullpup designed around high-content and ridiculously low-price. That’s going to be a sweet spot for many folks. Whether you like the aesthetics of bullpup guns or not, they pack extensive utility and practicality in a compact easy to handle design.

The all matte black Bull-Dog is modern, modular and Made in Turkey. The Bull-Dog has an 18.5” length barrel that connects to a 3” chamber, quick acquisition flip up sights, an AR-type charging handle, etc. The sights are removable leaving plenty of room for your favorite optics.

This ATI has a straight pistol grip. The trigger guard is angular, but not in a bad way, and it’s still big enough to use with gloves. The quick release is on the front of the trigger guard, exactly where your index finger rests naturally.

A mid-length Picatinny rail crests the top of the receiver/handguard. Atop it are the flip up sights. But the good news is there’s another Picatinny rail under the handguard. Oh, and there are two more on either side and M-LOK compatibility to boot. And the radial-ported barrel shroud looks great.

In typical bullpup style, the magazine docks between the pistol grip and the buttstock. The buttstock has an adjustable cheek rest and is backed by a thick, non-slip black buttpad.

The Bull-Dog ships new with a 3-piece choke set and a 5-round magazine. Clever thinking dots this design. Thus, compatible magazines have a Picatinny rail cut out on the base. So guess what? You can mate these mags – either full or empty - to the Bull-dog’s ventral Picatinny rail to use as a foregrip. ATI also sells 10-round mags that are compatible with this mighty little Bull-dog.
