The RISE Armament 1121XR 6.5 Creedmore heavy caliber, bolt-action, gas rifle provides long-range accuracy, minimal recoil and eye-catching styling. Key components include machined 7075 aluminum receivers, an M-LOK aluminum handguard and a 22” stainless steel barrel.

The free-floating barrel is made of 416R chromium stainless steel and has a 1 to 8” twist. 416R is well known for its uniform structure and hardness, making it ideal for rifle barrels and for buttoning. Speaking of which, the 1121XR’s barrel is button rifled.

The 15” long aluminum M-LOK handguard has the classic raised roof octagonal profile and is a gorgeous piece of work. It integrates neatly and almost seamlessly with the upper receiver. The join is visible, but barely. The upper receiver has an integrated Picatinny rail. This aligns with a short ramp that descends forward along the handguard, crests it and then ramps back up to a five-slot Picatinny rail above the handguard’s forward end. The handguard has M-LOK slots in all seven other directions. The safety is ambidextrous.

The gun is Cerakoted for durability and can be had in flat dark earth (FDE), foliage green or, of course, black.

1121XR features RISE Armament’s own single-stage RA-535 Advanced-Performance Trigger. It’s a gently curved design that gives flat trigger clean breaking performance with curved trigger feel and a light 3.5-pound pull.

The result of the 1121XR’s architecture and component ensemble is accurate shots over and over in a guaranteed sub-1 MOA grouping.

Screwed to the end of the 1121XR’s muzzle is a RISE Armament RA-701 Compensator. In a world of similar compensators, this one stands out. It has three parallelogram chambers per side, rising stair-step as they get closer to the muzzle. Above them are five dorsal compensator ports in an unusual 2-3 configuration. The ensemble vents gases, mitigates recoil and pushes the barrel down to counter muzzle lift thus permitting fast follow up shots.

At back of the RISE Armament 1121XR is a lightweight trapezoidal Magpul PRS Gen3 Adjustable Stock. It’s adjustable up to 2.0” in length. This buttstock has aluminum knobs for easy cheek position and length of pull adjustments. It also has a pair of M-LOK slots along the bottom to attach Picatinny rails, rear monopods, etc. It has multiple sling attachment points and is backed with a thick anti-slip rubber butt pad that can be raised for height and angled for maximum comfort.
