Summary of GunBroker.com User Agreement and Privacy Policy Changes

Effective as of August 4, 2023

This Summary of Changes is intended to inform GunBroker.com Users of key changes made to the GunBroker.com User Agreement as of the date above.  Most of the changes are grammatical and organizational, to make the User Agreement more easily understandable to Users.  There are some substantive changes, which will be summarily recounted below.  Every User is responsible for determining which provisions of (and changes to) the User Agreement and associated documents are of material importance to them.  For that reason, the User is advised to review the entire User Agreement to refamiliarize themselves with its provisions.  Nothing herein shall be construed, and no appearance or non-appearance of any item in the list below, shall be construed to represent GunBroker.com’s opinion of the relative priority or importance of any provision to any User. 

Among the changes from the prior version of the User Agreement:

  • The Site Rules document, which formerly supplemented the older version of the User Agreement, has been deleted.  Various provisions have been moved to the current version of the User Agreement.
  • Certain provisions of the User Agreement relating to Seller’s use of payment processing services have been changed.
  • A new document entitled “Seller Agreement” has been created to supplement the terms of the User Agreement as it relates to Sellers’ use of GunBroker.com’s services.
  • Certain provisions of the User Agreement relating to addresses for legal contacts between the parties have been changed to reflect current resources and policy.
