Up for auction is a Holland and Holland under lever .410 bore single shot hammer shotgun. Has a part octagon 28 inch barrel. Roll markings on the top of the barrel is 98 New Bond St. London. Date of manufacture for serial number 6852 is Sept 12th 1881 per the Holland and Holland gun room in Dallas Texas. This gun has been restored at some time in its life and a very nice job it is. It is lightly engraved on the receiver which is coin in color with excellent blue on the remainder of the gun. LOP is 14.5 cylinder choke and 2.5 chamber. This is classed as a antique and can ship directly to the buyer. A great addition to any fine firearms collection. Payment should be received within 10 days as outlined by Gunbroker. I visually inspect each item, yet all firearms should be checked by a competent gunsmith prior to firing.
