Founded in 2001 by British armorer, Bill Alexander, Alexander Arms was built on Bill’s dream to combine his two custom cartridges - the .50 caliber Beowulf and the 6.5 Grendel – with the famous AR-15 rifle. He designed variations of AR-15 rifles to flawlessly fire his powerful cartridges, and Alexander Arms was born. Today, Alexander Arms develops variations of rifles and rifle parts for United States military and police forces. The manufacturing facilities associated with Alexander Arms are located in Southwest Virginia.

Alexander Arms Products

Alexander Arms designs rifles and rifle parts to fire a wide variety of ammo, including the original .50 Beowulf, 6.5 Grendel, and .17 HMR. Their new platform, ULFBEHRT, seeks to combine semi-auto, pin-point accuracy with the .338 Lapua. The .50 caliber Beowulf was the first cartridge that Bill Alexander engineered to be used in a variation of the AR-15. Bill Alexander then developed the 6.5 Grendel to fill the market's need for a flat shooting, hard hitting long range cartridge with superior accuracy. Once he developed the cartridge, Alexander designed a variation of the AR-15 to function with the new 6.5 Grendel cartridge.
