The LWRCI IC-DI M-LOK is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 type semi-automatic rifle that differs from the rest of the LWRCI IC-DI family only with its M-LOK handguard. You can buy the LWRCI IC-DI M-LOK in black, flat dark earth, olive drab green, patriot brown or tungsten gray.

LWRC International (LWRCI) is in Cambridge, Maryland and started operations in 1999 as Land Warfare Resources Corporation. The firm is vertically integrated and makes an astonishing number of its parts and components in house, permitting more control over the final product. Thus, many of its components are tagged with an LWRCI prefix. We’ll outline some of those below.

As with the rest of the IC-DI family, the gun is fully ambidextrous. So the charging handle, magazine release, bolt catch/release and fire selector are all ambidextrous.

The LWRCI Monoforge upper receiver has a seamless full-length Picatinny accessory rail and a free-floating made in-house LWRCI M-LOK handguard that largely enshrouds the barrel. Half hidden inside is the 16.1” long cold hammer forged heavy barrel. It’s a marvelous spiral fluted barrel design finished in Ni-Corr (black nitride) and has a 1 to 7” RH twist.

Fronting the muzzle is an LWRCI A2 Birdcage Flash Hider on a ½”x28 TPI muzzle thread. Total length is 32” to 35.25” while weight is just 6.6 pounds.

The pistol grip is a 1.2” thick polymer Magpul MOE+ grip. It has a beavertail backstrap and rubber overmolding for improved comfort and handling. It has front and back horizontal serrations and light texturing along the sides. It’s also hollow permitting storage through its bottom cap. Since early 2020, the gun has shipped with LWRCI’s own Combat Grip Pistol Grip instead of the Magpul MOE+.

The LWRCI IC-DI M-LOK has a lightweight six-position LWRCI adjustable compact stock that weighs 7.9 ounces. It has a ventral squeeze lever for easy single hand adjustments and integral sling attachment points.

The LWRCI IC-DI M-LOK semi-automatic comes with a Magpul 30-round magazine and is manufactured in Cambridge, Maryland, so it’s Made in USA.
