The SIG Sauer P320 XFive Legion is a gray extra-full-size striker-fired 9mm Luger semi-automatic competition gun. You can get this breathtaking beauty with either three 10-round or three 17-round magazines that all feature aluminum base pads. Thus, capacity is 10+1 or 17+1. There are two variants of each: one has three 10-round magazines and one has three 17-round magazines.

The gun is primarily Legion Gray (think matte gray). Exceptions? The slide catch, magazine release, takedown lever, trigger, sights, and barrel are matte black!

Beneath the Legion Gray finish, the XFive mates a stainless-steel slide, and frame carbon steel barrel to a recoil absorbing tungsten-infused polymer grip module designed for high-precision, stability, recoil mitigation, comfort, durability, balance and more! The grip module has a lateral beavertail and a five-slot MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail under the muzzle. Despite its size and strength, the module weighs only 13.3 ounces. You also get excellent non-slip grip texturizing and serrated surfaces for all levers and other key moving touchpoints.

SIG loves great ergonomics. Thus, the XFive parades thoughtful touches and well-done tactile surfaces. For instance, the slide has forward leaning diagonal grip serrations in both front and back. The magazine release can be reversed for either left-hand or right-hand use. The slide has three large rectangular lightening cut ports between the front sight and the ejection port. And for more safety, P320s feature a Loaded Chamber Indicator (LCI), striker safety and a disconnect safety.

The grip module integrates a combat trigger guard. It has horizontal serrations on its gentle concave surface and a deep undercut at back.

The XFive Legion features Dawson Precision Adjustable sights. The front sight is fiber optic. The low-profile rear sight is fully adjustable for windage and elevation, each easily tweaked by a flat-head screwdriver. The XFive is reflex optics ready and compatible with ROMEO1 PRO and Delta Point PRO red-dot optic units.

The skeletonized flat trigger reduces trigger pull by about 30% compared to standard P320 curved triggers that have a 6-to-7-pound pull weight. And moving below, this semi-auto has a nice flared magwell for speedy magazine swaps.

This is a big gun. Accordingly, the 6-groove 1:10” twist 5” match grade bull carbon steel barrel sits in a long slide making the gun 8.5” long overall. The sight radius is 6.8”! This Legion is 5.8” tall and 1.6” wide and weighs 43.5 ounces.
