SHIPPING:

All items will ship via UPS or USPS.  All firearms are shipped from our main shipping warehouse in Anacortes, WA within 3-7 business days of completing your order. Please understand that any delivery information provided by our representatives is only an estimate, not a guarantee. 

Long Guns (rifles, shotguns) are shipped UPS Ground, and cost typically ranges between $29 - $45.

Handguns by law are shipped 2nd-day-air, and ships for a flat rate of $39.99 in the continental US. Handguns which require large or oversized boxes will ship UPS Ground.

Ammunition price varies by weight ** UPS Ground - Adult Signature Required **

Other items are typically shipped via UPS Ground, unless the item is a size that fits a flat-rate USPS box, or unless a specific carrier is requested at checkout. Most items are received at the FFL within two weeks.

Customers ordering multiple items can request combined/discounted shipping. This request can be met if the items are eligible for combined shipping compliant with DOT/carrier regulations. Combining shipping may result in extended shipping times.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:

For customers with technical questions regarding a particular product, we recommend that you take the manufacturer/SKU number or UPC from the “Item Description” tab and consult the respective manufacturer’s website to obtain the most accurate technical information.

All guns are pulled from the warehouse at random, so please do not request consecutive serial numbers as we nor our warehouses have the resources to take requests for specific serial numbers.

PRICING AND DISCOUNTS:

We aim to be as competitive as possible in the online market with every gun we sell. In order to meet this goal, we typically have minimal profit-margins on all of our guns and ammo. The opening bid price is always our best, and we offer that price to all of our customers.  For this reason, we do not offer any further discounts for multiple orders. Law Enforcement or Military members are the exception. On our website, we have a LE/MIL department with specially discounted guns labeled as such.

CA & OTHER RESTRICTIVE STATE RESIDENTS:

Your dealer will have access to the most current list of DOJ approved firearms for your state. Our store policy prohibits the alteration of any firearm for the purpose of rendering it compliant in a specific state. However, we will ship to your FFL if they are willing to receive a non-compliant firearm and perform the necessary modifications for you before transfer. If you have an FFL that can confirm with us that they are willing and able to receive a specific firearm, we are happy to ship to them.

CONDITION OF GUNS:

All guns are new unless expressly stated in the title or description. All items are sold as-is.

We do our part to ensure the description and picture match the condition of the firearm, but ultimately rely on information provided from manufacturers and suppliers which on occasion have partial or dated information. Factory new items have the manufacturer’s warranty. Anacortes Gun Shop is not responsible for changes in style, packaging, package contents, or other adjustments made to items that originate from the factory.

Guns listed as “blem” or “blemished” are mechanically sound, picked at random, sold as-is, and typically carry the manufacturer warranty for Mechanical or Structural defects. The blemishes are cosmetic in nature and may include discoloration, uneven finishes, scuffs, scratches, or any other visible cosmetic defect.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments must be received within 7 days of auction close. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and US Postal Money Orders. We will also accept Checks, but we will hold shipment until check clears. We do not provide Layaway terms for online purchases.

PayPal's Terms of Service prohibits its use for firearms purchases. Therefore, we do not accept PayPal for online purchases.

CANCELLATIONS:

Should the need arise; we will do our best to cancel an order at no charge provided that it is cancelled by 5:00 pm Pacific Time on the day of order.  Please do your part to cancel the sale on the “My Buying” section, click the drop down and cancel. We work quickly to process orders, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.   If an order cancellation request occurs after 5:00 pm on the date the order was placed, it is agreed that the customer will pay a minimum 5% cancellation fee.   This is to help offset costs already incurred by AnacortesGunShop.com. Special orders requiring prepaid deposits are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancelled orders for Firearms that are sourced from offsite warehouses, as indicated by the designation ‘Ships from Warehouse’ on the product’s description page are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, and must be cancelled prior to the firearm being shipped to the customer’s FFL.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

NO RETURNS ON ANY FIREARM. FIREARMS MAY NOT BE SHIPPED OUT OF THE USA.

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired.  Consequently, we cannot provide a refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession.  We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection.  However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy).  By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Shipping fees may apply.  Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.  However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

All customer returns or exchanges must occur within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be pre-authorized by an Anacortes Gun Shop team member who will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) if approved. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the transaction. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. 

A full or partial merchandise refund will be determined by Anacortes Gun Shop upon inspection of the returned product. A minimum 5.0% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. An additional restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the returned product has been used and/or damaged by the customer, or is missing any parts, manuals, warranty cards, etc. Customer is also responsible for return shipping charges.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. If a prepaid return label is provided, it will be deducted from the refund (in addition to the restocking fee).  All returns must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase or they will be refused.  Please do not return any order prior to receiving a return authorization.  Returns that have not received prior authorization will be refused.  Ammunition cannot be returned due to safety reasons (no exceptions).

A refund check will be issued to the customer within fifteen (15) days of receipt of returned merchandise with an accompanying RMA number, or refunded back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
